Older Student Volunteers

Older students are encouraged to help with productions, examination days and group classes. This enables everyone to feel part of our vibrant community.

Older students use the skills they have learnt to guide and support younger students and learn new skills in a variety of roles.

Younger students learn a lot from the more experienced, advanced students; they gain inspiration and see them as role models.

This encourages everyone to understand that strong team work is needed for a successful Company and that helping and supporting others is a rewarding experience.
